The more detail you include, the better chance of tracking your lost item. If we locate your item, we will contact you to arrange a time for collection. You will then be able to retrieve it from our depot between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For security purposes, please bring photo ID when collecting your item.

Can I bring my dog aboard?

Allowing dogs on board is always at the driver’s discretion. Before you plan to bring your dog on a bus please ensure that:

  • your dog is well behaved and under your control at all times

  • you carry waste bags and clean up after your dog

  • you sit at the front of the bus

  • your dog remains off seating and stays on the floor of the vehicle.

Due to capacity constraints, or other operational reasons, bus drivers may ask you and your dog to wait for another service, or refuse travel. Staff have the right to use their discretion to request a passenger and their pet dog to not board or leave the bus.
